  1. This blog puts Douglas LeCroy much more in touch with work going on in many places throughout the Philippines, and to know circumstances of many of of friends over there. I did not know that one of God’s faithful servants, Magno Bruno, had gone on to be at home with the Lord. He did not fear either the Devil nor any of his angels. I believe that Magno, Lareano Belo, and Cornelio Alegre enjoy conversing up there. And I keep on hearing so many good reports of the work of Dick Baguioen, even back during the time he was giving up his sweet wife to cancer. I also see new buildings being erecrted in places like San Jose City, where Florito Batoon faithfully labors. In Negros, good work being done by the many Sameons, a part of the legacy of Santigo Sameon, Sr., one of my favorite Filipinos. May we continue to hear of good works from the Cagayan to Davao, from LaUnion and Abra and Ilocos to the southernmost.

  2. It is very gratifying to hear of the continuing good results from several of the Bible schools around the country. This is especially true of the work being done in Angeles City by Higato Tulan and others with him. I also could have nothing but praises for Barry Murrell and also the Emperados in Cebu City. What an outreach they are having! I can also remember sad times going through the eastern Visayas in places where the gospel had never been heard. A lot of words of praise for men like Jack (also known as Dominador) Belo are in order. Jack, you are a worthy successor of your father, Laureano Belo. We do hope that good health will return to Jack.
