In the evening of February 22, Rabon Bible College which operates in San Fabian, Pangasinan, will award the title of Associate in Theology to ten students. This ceremony will coincide with the lectureship that is scheduled at the Hotel Consuelo in Lingayen, Pangasinan. Brother Donald Kidd is the guest speaker.
