Coming back to Baguio City on the 28th of December from his third evangelistic and leadership training journey to the Visayas and Mindanao, brother Santiago Sameon II makes this summary: 174 souls baptized in several places he visited and in various church affairs he participated in.

Ilagan, Isabela - A Singing and Leadership Camp was successfully conducted for church young people of Isabela province on Dec. 26-29 at the Isabela Sports Complex in Ilagan town. This affair was hosted by the Bliss congregation of Ilagan in cooperation with World Bible School. Bal Lalgua, Jr. served as coordinator.

On Dec. 27–28, brethren Dick Baguioen and Eusebio Tanicala conducted a two-night gospel meeting and a two-day leadership training in the congregation at the upland congregation of Lidaoan in San Emilio town of Ilocos Sur. Lidaoan is nestled on a mountainside near the famous Tirad Pass of the Cordillera Mountain Range.
